Businesses are only successful when they add value to what
they already have, yet we don’t measure or manage value
creation. Our universal measurement and management model,
the Accounting Model, is entirely inappropriate for the task

It affects everybody, as everybody and every process is
involved in value creation. So fundamental is the change
that it represents the biggest revolutionary development
since the introduction of the Accounting Model over 500
years ago.
These changes are not going
