This sad state of affairs has resulted from you and I not standing up for our economic interests. Not demanding enough from our political representatives, as the wealthy one per cent pervert the course of economic progress, by convincing politicians to act in their interests not ours. Possibly misleading them in the same way they mislead you and I.
